In partnership with J.D. Power, FIAT-Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) created the “Customer First Award for Excellence” in order to recognize dealerships that lead the pack in both customer service experience and sales figures. Here at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we’re proud to announce that our dealership is among the 387 dealerships nationwide to be given this high honor this year. We’re committed to continuing to serve drivers from Butler, Pittsburgh, and Gibsonia, PA with the same high-caliber of service that garnered this fine award.

Winning the “Customer First Award for Excellence” is No Walk in the Park

Of the 2,600 Chrsler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships nationwide that are eligible for this award, only 387 were selected for recognition with this award. The criteria is strict, however, with all dealerships held to five core standards:

  • Facility Certification: This ensures a clean, comfortable customer environment and overall facility.
  • Performance Measures: This ensures the dealerships has reached the highest levels of customer-focused sales goals and service ambitions.
  • Training Certification: This ensures employees have been trained to the highest level of the required FCA-certified training courses.
  • Employee Surveys: This pillar speaks to employee satisfaction, ensuring employees are given a voice in an employee- and customer-driven sales environment.
  • Process Validation: This pillar ensures the dealership follows certified sales and service procedures crafted to support outstanding customer engagement.
